Contact form. Name, email address, and optionally boat, timing and a message. Used to answer the enquiry: the legal basis is steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b).

Marketing consent. If the second checkbox is ticked, the email address is used to announce new launches. Legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a). Withdraw it by replying to any of those emails.

Server logs. IP address, date and time, page requested and user agent, retained by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

This site sets no profiling cookies and loads no fonts, maps, video or scripts from third-party domains: every asset is served from the site’s own domain, including both films.

One technical cookie is set, <code>py_contact_dismissed</code>, which remembers for seven days that you closed the contact panel. It identifies nobody.

If analytics, maps or advertising pixels are added later, this section has to be rewritten and a prior-consent banner becomes necessary.

Enquiries received through the form are kept as long as needed to deal with them, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months, unless tax or contractual obligations require otherwise.

Addresses subscribed to launch announcements are kept until consent is withdrawn.

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. If the chosen hosting were to involve such a transfer, it must be stated here together with the safeguard relied on.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation. Write to the controller and an answer follows within one month.
